GREAT MATTRESS FOR A GREAT PRICE

We purchased a mattress for ourselves and have loved it! Compared to the high price mattresses out there we were very pleased with the quality of what we got. We have recommended it to our friends and just recently purchased one for our daughter as well! If you are considering purchasing one, try it out! You will be glad you did.-Rye Walsh

BEST BED EVER

We were a couple in our late fifties/early sixties that have slept over 40 years on several different beds, all springs. Our married children were all touting the Temperpedic's they were purchasing and how well foam was to sleep on, although I was horrified at the 6-8,000.00 price point. Finally out of frustration at our Queen sized spring mattress one thanksgiving night 4 years ago, I surfed the web and found Christelli, read the reviews, and called them at 10:30 pm, they answered. After talking I decided to throw caution to the wind and did what at the time was still pretty new, and ordered the Palais Grand Royale, over the web! - what a choice. Yes, I made the decision based on not the most correct reasons: 1.it was the best they made and2. it was way less than half price of the comparable name brand my daughters bought. BUT those are all the wrong reasons. It should have been on the firmness but wonderful soft comfort you sink into while being supported. The welcome sigh of relief after a long day when you lay down and you just smile in the comfort. It's cool in the summer heat, (no central air) and we've never had any issues with smell. And yes, in the back of my mind all this is at a third of the price my daughters spent. This has been the best sleep of our lives. I have had a degenerative back issue all my life, a good night's sleep was tossing and turning for 4-5 hrs in constant pain until I finally gave up and got up. Although they warned it would take some adjustment to get used to a foam mattress, we didn't find that and i experience 8 hours of pain free sleep the first night. Now after 4 years I am breaking my policy of never doing reviews because this mattress is great. I figured it would break down and start to sag, or just not sleep the same after a few years, I was wrong. Our problem now is when we go and sleep over at our 3 kids houses, which we do every other weekend to spend time with the grandkids, we can't stand the sleep we get in their beds we use. We can't wait to get back to our Grand Royale. We've become Christelli snobs, spoiled by our Grand Royale. Foam may not be for everyone, but it sure is for us, I would recommend anyone try this one. It may be a stretch or shock at first to spend thousands of dollars on the best mattress, but it's worth every penny of enjoyment. My back thanks you. No, I didn't get paid for this review, I didn't even get free pillows, but felt moved after all our good nights of sleep to write about our experience. -Bill Dietrich
