Excellent bed!
I bought this in a queen size about two years ago and still love it. I sleep alone. I am also overweight. During this time it has held up beautifully. I find that it is quite firm but also soft--a contradiction I realize but true. The bed supports me firmly but comfortably. When I originally ordered it, I was surprised to find it would take three-four weeks to get to me. The reason is that they ship it when they have orders in my area (coastal California). Initially it annoyed me that they wouldn't take my old bed away but that is to protect the new bed. Old beds can potentially have bed bugs or other unpleasantries. So I ended up being pleased. It was just dropped off; they don't help set it up so I had to get help myself. But I didn't let that bother me. And since I have found the bed to be superb for me I have determined to order all beds from them in future. —Lauren. Santa Barbara, CA
