Absolutely great service. We went in expecting to speak with Jessica who we spoke with on the phone. We arrived and there was a gentleman there instead. We had questions that he didn’t have the answers to but instead of just guessing he was able to call Jessica repeatedly throughout our transaction and get the information we needed. He was able to sign us up for a great deal on a bed set with delivery to our apartment.
Shaundelle and Kris are wonderful hard working local business owners who care about their customers. Jessica, who took care of us today was knowledgeable and friendly. She showed us a wide variety of beds in a range of prices and helped us pick out the perfect bed.

Over the past 10 years I have bought all if our beds from the Sleep Shop! The store is very clean and they are very helpful and knowledgeable. We just purchased a day bed and a queen bed. Very satisfied with both.
Friendly and helpful with all my questions. Not pushy! The delivery staff was quick, polite, and helpful.
