The salesman didn’t “sell” or try to make us feel guilty or dumb. He told us the truth about each mattress and answered all our questions. He made recommendations and kept track of our comments to help us remember our choices as we went along, and he got us checked out quickly once we’d made up our minds.
Our shopping for a mattress was joy. Yvonne was patient, knowledgeable and very accommodating. Not to mention she has a great personality! They were very efficient and cooperative in scheduling our delivery.

Spencer helped my mom and I to get a new bed yesterday. He was very knowledgable about the different beds and patient in helping us find the perfect one for my mom. Also, great service in helping get a new pillow and mattress cover for it, with a nice discount. My mom had a great nights sleep and loves the bed.
No fast service. Not because of the customer service Agents, but their computers system is too slow. The customer service Agent name Spenser was more than helpful, he goes out of he’s way to help. In general, it’s good service except I.T problem. It took about 1hour and half for me to shop pay and when on my way. Price is amazing especially if u know a client of there.

Lillian, the store owner, is amazing! Wonderful customer service, knowledgeable, and helpful. Holly is great, too. They will spend as much time as you need with you to choose the right mattress or combo, and they encourage you to spend time resting on the bed you think you want. Their service continues, well after you’ve paid- if you have any questions, she’s always there!
Our experience here was great. We were cared for by the owner, who was attentive, kind and understanding. Lillian spent a lot time with us helping us choose the right mattress. Any problems we had, she addressed them and worked with us. She is also very knowledgeable about the mattresses and carefully chooses where her products come from. We love that the whole process is personable and is nothing like going into a bigger shop.

We had a great experience. Dakota greeted us professionally and took a lot of time with us explaining the products and going through how the beds work. He explained to us how to find the right number to get a comfortable night’s sleep. It has been two weeks since our bed was delivered and we love it! Dakota is knowledgeable and friendly and fun to work with.
We walked in and were immediately greeted and guided step-by-step toward picking the right mattress for us. The location is small, but clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and polite. They gave us honest answers and insight.
