Bought a mattress last week from Martina. She was very helpful in deciding which mattress was right for me. However, I was told my mattress would be delivered about noon on Tuesday. But after three calls the delivery was not there and was late for about 6 hours. Delivered by two very pleasant and apologetic young men.
Me and my husband was looking for a nice bed but one we didn’t have to break the bank for. The associate was awesome and made it painless both to get everything set up and on the pockets.

I had an excellent experience at the Bloomington store. Bill greeted me and daughter as we walked in and after we told him what we were looking for he showed us everything. He even ended up staying a little past his scheduled work time. This store has excellent people with great customer service!
Me and my boyfriend visiting the store recently just to look. Bill helped us around the store and really gave us a good understanding on how purchasing furniture works. He was very friendly and personable. Prices were very good too.

We didn’t get a bed like the one that was advertised. It said like new cherry wood, and the picture showed a cherry wood bed. The bed delivered had been very recently spray painted black. The paint was still tacky and left black marks on my newly painted walls because of the way the delivery man leaned it against the wall.
These gentlemen are great. Purchased mattress and box spring. Delivered on time and exactly what I ordered. Recommend highly.
