So far experience has been great. A little worried about warranty due to some reviews but my sales man really helped me out with understanding how to go about claims. Great people to deal with and very patient. Would loved most was that they weren’t pushy but there to answer any questions.
We had a wonderful experience with our salesperson, Nev. he was very helpful and went out of his way to help us make a decision. We really appreciate him being guiding versus pushy.

The young saleslady Ms. Smith is absolutely outstanding. I have never felt so comfortable spending so much money on a mattress. She is a tremendous credit to your firm – even when she had to give me the bad news that my expected delivery date needed to be postponed. She is a true treasure!
We came in on a Sunday to look for a replacement mattress. Lauren greeted us immediately as we walked in. She was very friendly and knowledgeable! She really listened to what our needs were and offered several options for us to test out.
