John helped us out and he was super informative and focused on what we needed/wanted, not trying to upsell or ad stuff for his own benefit.
Salesmen purposely try to make you buy stuff you never wanted and try to upgrade products that are not returnable without telling you. Look into what you’re buying and warranty policies before you buy anything, because the salesmen really don’t want you to know about details.

Great advice and knowledge from their staff. Our 3rd mattress from Restwell and we surprised ourselves by choosing a foam mattress. Great place to get a bed, and made locally.
Great experience! So nice to have a straight forward purchase and walk out the door with the product without being pushed to buy a warranty plan or finance option. Jim knew his product well. Straight forward and honest. Easiest mattress purchase in years. Great mattress!!

Such a great experience at the showroom. They went out of their way to call me back, open the showroom early for me and assist in an honest way! I purchased the purple .2 from their website after leaving their showroom and am thankful I could try out a bed before making such a big purchase.
Great way to try out online mattresses. Went on a week night and it wasn’t busy so we could take our time. Helpful service and not pushy!

Zachary was delightful to work with and didn’t swindle my best friends who needed a mattress asap since they are getting married.
I waited for 35 minutes to be helped while the guy behind the counter just talked to someone about home values and other irrelevant conversations. After patiently waiting while I knew exactly what I wanted I eventually walked out. Very disappointing, it’s pretty easy to ring someone out and go about your conversation after the sale.
