I walked in knowing nothing about mattresses, and was greeted and helped by Kevin. I told him my budget and what I liked, and he pointed me in the right direction. Kevin was not pushy at all, and I felt confident purchasing a mattress from him. Not to mention the bed was more comfortable, and half the price of at the other stores.
After experiencing some challenges with Angie, a salesperson (I did not feel like she was in it for customer satisfaction), I must say that George, the owner went above and beyond to help me with my issue.

After searching online and looking at other stores, we ended up going to Shorty’s, which was the best decision. Not only did we receive excellent customer service from Richard, but we got a really good deal on our mattress. Richard was very informative and helpful, and made me and my family feel at home (I especially liked that he had little conversations with my kids).
