We had the best customer service experience ever with Gigi in finding a new bed. Her knowledgeable and friendly but professional approach was most welcome as we searched for that perfect bed. She guided us to find what we needed through questions and providing information about the subtle differences between our many choices. She is a truly valuable asset to the company and I couldn’t recommend anyone higher.
Giovanna was very helpful as well as knowledge. I felt like I was being heard and at the same time I didn’t feel any pressure to purchase. All of this made it really easy to make a decision.

Went in looking for a mattress and found an affordable and good quality one very quickly. Everyone was patient friendly and helpful because I’ve never bought one before! They even delivered it the same day! So great and I sleep great every night! Super nice experience! Great new and used stuff and fair prices!

Vince worked with us and was extremely patient and easy to work with. We never felt pressured to make a purchase and he listened to our wants and needs. We ended up with a great mattress and got a good deal!
This was a great place to buy a mattress. Vince was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us to buy. He didn’t push us towards the most expensive mattress either. I think we got a fair deal. We had been to two other stores and felt this store gave us the most information and the best deal. I feel they had good customer service.

I always try to use a local store rather than the big, impersonal, national chains. The price is comparable but the service, and genuineness of the sales people are so much better.
