This is me and my husband’s second time purchasing here. My experience was great each time. DeAndre was amazing! He was very professional, informative, and patient. I went in today with my two boys and towards the end my youngest became tired and fussy, the staff still provided great customer service and never missed a beat!

Found a beautiful bed on Offer Up, I was able to walk in his showroom and see his inventory. I purchased my bed and was able to get same day delivery plus his team assemble the bed for me. It’s was a great experience and great customer service.
The owner Keith was so awesome. He was very straightforward about the price and his products. He was very upfront about the process and kept me in my price range.

Lauren was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! Very happy that I picked this Mattress Firm to visit. I gave Lauren a few requirements and she ran with it showing me 3 different options that were so good it was difficult to choose. I received my new bed, Beauty Rest Scarlet, last week and absolutely love it.
Allen was so nice and helpful. I don’t usually write reviews, but I felt like I had to after working with him. There was no pressure to buy, he offered so much time and knowledge, and created an amazing experience!

John and Dylan provided superb customer service! They made the proceeds painless and personable. John was very attentive to my needs in regards to not only the physical aspects of my needs for a new bed, but also the financial limitations that I had. Dylan was great in assisting with the discrepancies that was reflecting on my card and contacted customer service for me and helped get that settled.
John Goodwin is very personable and knowledgeable about all mattresses. I got my dream mattress and adjustable base for the best price.

They have some amazing mattresses at an affordable price. The have financing options as well. They sell a lot more than what’s in the store. They have catalogs or an iPad you can look though. The owners were so friendly and very helpful. There were honest and didn’t try to upsell us, even when they had the chance too. I really appreciate the service!

Chris is awesome i was need of new mattresses and came across boxdrop mattress. He was very polite and quick didn’t waste my time trying to up sell to me. He delivered the same day just as he said he would. I am happy with my purchase. He even explained the warranty and told me the truth.
