Me and my husband been procrastinating for over a year to buy a new needed bed. Each and every time Faith has been so helpful and understanding. She’s so great at doing her job and going above and beyond for her customers.
This is the best mattress store I’ve been to in my life. They really know their information especially Faith. She has great customer service and give you best deal she possibly can.

Good service. Christine helped me throughout the selection of beds and answered all my questions.
This place has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a $700 mattress That was supposed to have a 10-year warranty. They lied and said that it was only a five-year warranty and then didn’t want to honor that five-year warranty. The staff is pitiful and the managers are even worse.

I had an excellent experience. Faith gave excellent customer service and great information. She was not only informative, but gave good follow up. I’m pleased with my purchase and I would go back. The delivery men were prompt and professional.
Damion was very helpful with pricing and he made sure I laid down on the mattresses and tried them first. He gave me so many choices and didn’t try to force me to buy which why I bought a great bed set from them. I love this store and the employees. Quick and knowledgeable!
