First let me start by saying that Serta doesn’t recognize the warranty on items purchased from this store. Secondly, Mattress Direct doesn’t honor the warranty either. They do not seem to care about their customers at all!
Houma mattress direct has terrible service. I had to wait a week to even order anything because they don’t have their stuff together. Finally ordered the beds and waited over 2 weeks to get a note on the door that they came to deliver the beds no one was home didn’t know they were coming. So I called the store and was told that we have to wait over a week to get my beds.

Vickie was our sales rep and she was very helpful without being a pushy sales rep. I told her I still need to take measurements before purchasing and she was very helpful.
Staff was great. Mrs. Tammy was my sales rep and she was awesome. She made sure I got everything I wanted and needed. I am so excited and can not wait to get my new bedroom set.
