Just bought a Beautyrest Black Ice from Craig. Came in to look at a specific bed but he suggested the Beautyrest. Hooked me up with a bunch of free stuff for a great deal to go with my bed! Cant wait for the bed to get here!
Our bed is good but the headboard hardware didn’t come with the bed. In September we were promised one would be put in the mail. Two and a half months later nothing has come. We have called, sent email, last week my husband went to the store and was promised by the salesperson a call from Craig the manager on the following Thursday. No response. He was a big talker about service before the sale but service after the sale doesn’t exist in our experience.

we wanted. Scott walked us through the entire process and helped us find the perfect bed for us. Great sales experience across the board. Can’t wait to receive our new mattress.
Very interesting. They were willing to get on the floor to help me determine bed height! Too funny. Learned a lot. Seemed to function as a team. Great experience.

I was looking for an adjustable bed foundation and found one right away and bought it. I looked for a sales person rather than he finding me. He took me to the sales person specializing in the bed department.
