There are no words that I can express how our Sales Rep David, provided service to my parents. He made the experience very stress free. He listened to the concerns that my parents had and provided the best advice and knowledge on items that he had.
David sold me a mattress from here a couple years ago. I still love my mattress! I explained to him what I wanted and needed and he directed me to the perfect one! Great customer service!

I bought a mattress and bed frame around memorial day for my mom. We were told the frame would be in in 3 weeks. Called when they were supposed to get them in and told 4th of July. Called July 5th same song and dance. Has done absolutely nothing to make it right. Absolutely horrible. Store manager does not care. They already made their sale not his problem anymore.
Brett our Sales person provided great customer service. Excellent job.

American freight is a rip off. They lie about what they have in stock. They also charge one price online then make the prices higher in the store. They tried to sell me used ripped up furniture. They will never get my money ever again.

Love the Customer Service! My fiance and I weren’t quite sure whether we’d purchase a bed that day, but our saleslady made it possible for us getting us the financing we needed. She was patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. I truly enjoyed the experience!
Sales person spent a lot of time and was very knowledgeable. She was personable and made it a good experience. Answered all our questions and was able to work with us on multiple beds. No pressure.
