Today was a wonderful experience at American freight. Antoni and Jade was very helpful and not pushy. They allowed me to browse ask questions and even make me feel like u was not being pressured to buy. I am so thankful that they really gave me space to discuss with my family about purchases.
No pressure atmosphere with Jade! Very knowledgeable and informative. Made the process effortless from beginning to end.

Sandra and George were great. George showed me a number of different mattresses and helped me choose the one that fits me the best. He offered a lot of great advice and made my mattress buying experience simple. I never felt pressured to buy one mattress over the other, he genuinely wanted me to find the best fit for me. They did a great job taking care of me.
Dave was super helpful and made getting my new mattress super easy! I had no idea what I liked or wanted, but he helped me find a new bed that was very comfortable and within my price range, plus I caught a great sale deal! Would definitely go back!

Came here looking for a new mattress. Wouldn’t say it was cheapest but I’m satisfied. Great mattress came with great customer service from the sales person and delivery team.
My girlfriend bought her mattress from a very charming and professional sales lady named Pam. She did not play games with prices, bash her competition, or pressure us to purchase. We appreciated how easy she made this process for us.

Horrible customer service. I purchased my mattress set and after about five or six months while using the new solid foundation that I purchased to create the set, it started sinking again. they sent a person out to test the mattress and then I was informed from mail that the fall was only 3/4″ when it had to be 1.5″ and that it must be the way I was sleeping and the mattress has a padded topping. If I wanted to get the mattress tested again I would have to pay
