Salesman pushes on you hard to get you to buy the most expensive mattress in the store. He made all sorts of promises like the mattress can never slump and he promised its lifetime warranty. After a week, we felt a slump in the mattress on both sides and it is obviously high in the middle, but the warranty requires 1/2″ slump to replace it. I can’t wait to make it to the 1/2″ mark.

The ladies are very nice and answered all my questions that I had. I ended up getting financed and ordered my first bedroom set from them.
The atmosphere is so friendly. The associates was able to answer all my questions. I’m not the easiest person to deal with when dealing with financing. But not one time did they get frustrated!
