By far the worst place to buy furniture. They will lie to your face and tell you the furniture will be there in 2 weeks. I ordered mine almost 2 months ago. Then I decided to go and get my refund and now they keep on giving me some lame excuse. I’m still waiting on my money.
I will not buy anything from this establishment. I walked in and browsed for 20 minutes but the employees passed but never once greeted me ever once.

Super customer service. The salesgirl took the time to discuss all options and when we returned with additional questions (after the sale), she discussed with us again. After receipt, she contacted us to see if all went well.

We bought a new bed and mattress. What an incredible salesman we got. Very thorough and got us exactly what we needed.
We bought 2 high end mattresses and had an excellent experience both times. The mattresses are the same but our King is not quite as comfortable as our full. Not sure why there is a difference. Their red-carpet delivery was great! We were also able to track the delivery online, very cool option!

Greg Lott is extremely knowledgeable of each product they carry and assisted my wife and I with choosing our new mattress. We were very pleased with the way Greg did not hover over us or try to pressure us to buy anything unlike some other matters stores in the area had made us feel. We were able to purchase a very high-quality adjustable bed without any hassles.
Excellent selection and friendly service. They do not try to upsell and they just try to meet your needs. Not expensive, other stores in the area are way more expensive.

Every time we visit Ashley, we are welcomed with a warm greeting. Mr. Chris does not hound you. He gives you your space but is readily available for questions or concerns. He is very pleasant to deal with and always takes care of us.
We were greeted at the door by Chris Holmes. He asked if we needed help and we told him just looking. No pressure from him. We found something we liked and asked him some questions. We were pleased with service and purchased set.
