We had a great experience with Preston. He was very helpful and provided all the information we needed to select our new mattress. He was not pushy but made good recommendations based on our preferences. He made the selection process quick and easy- and our mattress is delivering tomorrow!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. John and the whole staff couldn’t have been more of a pleasure to work with. Always customer oriented. We are thrilled with our King mattress and box springs but even more thrilled with the amazing deal we got. Can’t say enough positive things about this business.
The sales person was so helpful and friendly! She knew quite a bit about mattresses and pillows. This was the best experience in a mattress store. Great prices and no hassling!

Saleswoman of mattresses was fine. Service is why I will return. We got it next day as promised. The guys who delivered our new mattress were outstanding. The only negative was they up-sold me on a mattress pad that was terrible. We already had to replace it after only a month.
I cannot thank Connie enough! I needed a mattress as soon as possible. America’s Mattress was the only place in town that had a full size in stock! She stayed after hours for me to get there and even allowed me to run and get rope. She was a tremendous help! Great customer service, great price and love the mattress too!

My mattress is only 13 months old and it is already sagging and my back always hurts. We tried and tried to make it work but looks like we will be shopping for another mattress. The foam is not what it was cracked up to be. Biggest upset and loss of more than $1200.
We just purchased our 4th bed from Sleeping Organic. Every time we have had fantastic customer service. The beds have arrived as expected and pretty quickly. They are so comfortable.
