Jonathan took the time to explain all kinds of memory foam for us. We sampled a ton of different options and then settled on a Tulo (mattress in a box) soft. We got a great deal and we were super happy with the service.

I highly recommend American Mattress. They are the only company I know who has a written comfort exchange policy which they completely follow. I have some severe disc problems in my spine and the staff at American Mattress were very understanding about the need for time to make the correct decision for a medical condition.

Purchasing experience was very good. Prices are competitive and the staff was very informative without being pushy. Originally called the store to get a competitive quote for a different mattress, I was informed that they didn’t carry that specific mattress but the manager was able to suggest a mattress very similar to what we were looking for. Overall great experience.
I shopped a number of places for a mattress. She went above and beyond to make sure we got the best deal and were well informed about our options.
