The employees in this store are very friendly you can tell they like there jobs and know what they are talking about. they will try to help you in anyway possible and the beds here are not that much more then your every day bed. very reasonable in price.

when i was trying to call the store asking about my account information, the guy named Jordan who picks up the calls every time with no patience and started yelling at me when he wasn’t able to help at all. After you paid them, the customer service turned horrible.

Absolutely horrific service. My package was not delivered, lost and they refused to respond regarding my concerns.
I purchased a very expensive mattress and not so expensive bed frame and was assured the combo would work- and it didn’t. And the sales person’s response was unacceptable. Really upset that I spent a lot of money in this place- still having horrible back issues because the bed I purchased is adding to my problem instead of helping.

Horrible products…Manager was very nice but said if i really did research their beds were full of chemicals…and not to buy in to the all organic bull they were pushing…did independent research and learned the truth. Fail X10
They were by far the best of all the mattress places I have shopped! No pressure, informative, friendly, and a phone call away to answer and questions or concerns.
