Rex was very informative without being pushy. We found a bed that will work for us and with Rex’s help we stayed within our budget. The store atmosphere was pleasant.
Our mattress was in really rough shape, so we went in to shop around for a new one. Kelly helped us find exactly what we need, with no pressure at all. Very good service and very knowledgeable about the product.

Wonderful shopping experience. Isaac was very knowledgeable about everything and was not pushy about anything. He made sure we were informed about all our options and made sure we were getting the best prices on everything. We were able to get a mattress, box spring, frame, mattress cover, and delivered same day. It was a fantastic!
We were able to special order in the mattress we wanted and they price matched it. Isaac was fantastic to work with and gave us a lot of information about mattresses so we were informed buyers. I would definitely recommend going there.

Brooklyn bedding has amazing customer service and are very accommodating. I purchased a bed from them a couple years ago and the box spring started getting squeaky. They are switching it out and even delivering!! Thank you thank you.
We purchased the Addison mattress in September and it has been amazing. We noticed an issue with the pillow top and they sent a crew out quickly to resolve our issue.

John Paras does a fantastic job with both their customer service and their product. I like the calm atmosphere at John Paras. There is no high-pressure sales or strategies to push you to buy. They offer a very fair price and do free delivery! Rick was kind and went above and beyond when I couldn’t get the bed frame I was originally looking for. Thanks John Paras!
Best sales experience; Jen was wonderful! Answered all our questions and provided information that we hadn’t even considered. Mattresses and frames delivered and set up yesterday. Another great experience with delivery crew under Jordan’s supervision.
