1# Mattress Firm Clearance

Address:

1415 Van Ness Ave, San Francisco, CA 94109

Reviews of the store

Had an awesome shopping and buying experience at this mattress firm store. The store manager helped me find the best mattress for me not based on price but based on comfort. Six months later I am waking up pain-free and feeling well rested on my luxurious mattress I could not have made a better investment. The manager is very knowledgeable and does not push customers in any particular direction his customer service is based on comfort and individualize service.

My wife and I purchased a Simmons Beautyrest Renewed Energy here last year. This mattress has lost most of its center support in just a few months, and Mattress Discounters has declined our warranty request.

Reviews of the store

Nest is great! I purchased a hybrid latex mattress, which I highly recommend. The medium firmness is perfect for my wife but was too soft for me; so we were able to obtain the split mattress — a very useful feature when partners have different sleep needs which is common. Excellent customer service!

The service here was excellent. The manager was incredibly knowledgeable about the products, and very helpful in finding solutions to common sleep issues. But even better, I LOVE my new bed.

3#KEETSA Mattresses – San Francisco<Look at Our Keetsa Reviews>

Reviews of the store

We also paid extra to get the matress delivered and remove our old mattress. We were supposed to receive a call from them to arrange the delivery. It’s been five days and so far we have not heard from anyone from Keetsa. I’m extremely disappointed of the nature of their business practices. They are holding a large amount of cutomer’s money without delivering the item. When we called the store – Their response was “that’s weird ” and that’s about it.

The store experience was great as well, with friendly, attentive employees who went out of their way to help me get the item I wanted. And this is the best mattress I’ve ever slept on.  It has just the right amount of tension to lift my body without being too hard or too soft, I was really impressed.

4# McRoskey Mattress Company

Address:

1687 Market St, San Francisco, CA 94103

Reviews of the store

Worth every penny. The workmanship is terrific. We bought one ten years ago, it is still like new. We now have two in the house. Like anything high quality, you get what you pay for as long as you take care of it

I bought my McRoskey Airflex bed here in 1982. I’m still sleeping on it, and if you offered me $1,000 for it, I wouldn’t sell. It’s the most comfortable mattress set I’ve ever slept on. They are still making the beds the same way today. No, you’re not paying discount prices, but you’ll enjoy the bed long after you’ve paid it off.

Reviews of the store

The salesperson took great care of us. As highly decorated veterans in mattress sales, these guys made us comfortable with our purchase. They were easy to work with, not pushy, worked hard for our business and we would work with them again.

As a first time mattress buyer the salesperson helped us make an educated decision. He is fair and knowledgeable as well as patient with our many questions. He’s experienced and streamlined the entire process for us.

6#Casper

Reviews of the store

I was pleased to discover that Casper had a store I could visit. I already was a fan of their products and was interested in getting another mattress from them. You can make an appointment on-line, which i did. I was early and was greeted by Cole who was aware of my appointment. He was knowledgeable and relaxed, very easy to work with. The store is casual and fun to visit as they have it set-up with mini bedrooms, some of which you walk up stairs to enter. There were many children in the store and they were having lots of fun going up the stairs and trying out the mattresses with their parents.

Bought the Casper about 2.5 years ago, and it’s been sagging for the last 8 months or so. I called to see what the company can do, and they won’t replace it or give me a partial refund under the warranty. I’ve got a solid bed base underneath and only weigh 170 pounds. The only way they’ll replace your bed is if it sags an inch or more without any weight on it. I’m not sure I’ve ever seen a mattress that has sagged that bad
