Friendly, good clean areas, including work spaces. Great customer service, and the product is made in the building. I decided to order after about 5 minutes. The big selling point, everything was sealed with a hand shake. A hand shake, last time I closed a deal involving money with a hand shake was 20 maybe 30 years ago. Thanks again.
Bought a latex mattress from these guys and couldn’t be happier. It’s been a couple years since we bought it and I still love getting in bed at night.

Josh was awesome! When we explained our budget he didn’t try to sell us what we couldn’t afford but he did show us everything that was. He also answered our MANY questions about adjustable beds and memory foam mattresses. Kudos to Mattress Firm for this employee!
I bought a purple Mattress from Ali back in September of 2018. I have had my bed now for almost 6 months and love it. Ali was very helpful and when I’ve had questions she has always answered them quickly. I highly suggest mattress firm. I didn’t get pressured into buy anything and I qualified for financing.

What a relaxing experience. Kristina is knowledgeable, kind and pleasant. She is new to the Reno area, but has been working with this company for years. Welcome! What a lovely person and wonderful experience. The product is also sound and we are very excited to try out our new bed.
The knowledge of the salesperson was excellent. She understood our desire and need. She found us the right bed for our travel trailer. Sleep number has beds for these units at a reduced weight

We found both Matt and Tony very nice and wonderful to deal with. Their patience was appreciated as we went to both showrooms to learn about as many options as possible. The delivery, set-up and disposal was on time and everything went as promised.
Told ourselves we wouldn’t go to just one store but Sierra Mattress was the first store we went to and ended up leaving with a new amazing mattress. Tony was so approachable and very knowledgeable. Overall great experience and the place to go for Mattress!!

Great selection here and people are always nice of course. Prices are a little high but they have been times when they are clearing out old stuff to bring in new items and that’s when you see great deals.
Not a fun experience. Greeted at door. Said we were just looking nothing in particular. Just spending time shopping. He hovered over us every step. Like I was going to pick up a coach and run out the door. I turned around and left the store. Super annoying!

We were helped by Rick, extremely knowledgeable and not pushy on any type of mattress. Showed us which mattress type (soft medium or hard) we actually preferred and set us up with a great Presidents day deal. Set up delivery times and done. Great experience overall.
Joe was really helpful in getting us the best deal possible, and was very patient and very nice with us, we thank him so much!
