The security guard makes it so obvious that he’s following you. You were 3 feet away the entire visit, then he literally look at the ceiling while tapping his fingers on the closest thing nearby. If you start to walk he’ll immediately follow then “act casual “. Salesman came off aggressive and talked about how the business wasn’t doing great and how he needed a sale.

Called to see if they have a Japanese futon style bed for a Japanese friend visiting. Was told they did. Drove across town to get one but actually they didn’t have it and tried to sell me a American style futon bench instead. The selection looked ok but a waste of time for what I needed and told on the phone they had and didn’t.
