The pillow is very plush and comfy. Fits well when sleeping on your side and back. Have been sleeping solidly through the night and waking up fully rested and refreshed. Highly suggest getting the pillow over the no name brands.
My first visit to the store was awesome! Deon, the salesman made time to explain the different level of mattresses.

Wonderful salesman. Help me pick out the perfect bed in my budget. Delivered on next day and was exactly on time. After a nightmare with another furniture store that never showed up on a work day, I was very happy with mattress firm. Professional, polite, friendly, deliver guys.

Had been browsing several furniture stores recently and nothing was jumping out at us. Walked in Bob’s and they had the style that we were looking for. Comfort with the colors and options we wanted and most importantly, in our price range. Michael was very friendly and helpful. Delivery and set up in a few days.
We had a great experience at Bobs. We purchased a new mattress. We love it. Sales associate Alfred was amazing. He was friendly and professional. Was not pressured into buy anything. Great customer service, great prices, great warranty, equals great buying experience.

Came in one weekend with my wife to buy a new recliner for our living room. One of the employees named Justin was extremely helpful and set us up with this very nice recliner. We love the purchase we made and the service that was offered.
Beautiful furniture but I walked in, walked passed the counter, sales persons standing there, didn’t even get a hello. No one ever came to see if I needed any help. Saw another customer and asked him if anybody worked there and he told me they were all at the counter except for this young man moving furniture around. Walked out, no interaction at all.
