I knew the mattress we wanted from previous shopping. I ordered over the phone – easy as could be. Delivery was great. We have bought many mattresses from this company over the years. It helped that they kept track of every one so we could find the same one again.
We have purchased all of our bedding here since the industry thought it was a good idea to sell one-sided versions only. Each mattress of each size and different degrees of softness have endured children and larger sleepers.

Mary was our sales associate at Sleep Number in Woodbury, Minnesota. She was very pleasant and allowed us all the time needed to test each mattress. She explained the various things each mattress had to offer. She was not pushy. So happy we decided on a Sleep Number bed.
It is a $3000 air bed that needs a topper to be comfortable feels like a regular air mattress with foam on top also the smart features are a gimmick.

Terrible customer service. I have been calling for 1 hour and no one is answering the phone. I made the purchase one month ago. Paid in full and still have not received the items and no communication on when it might arrive.
