The store manager Christian is phenomenal not only was he able to explain all the feature of the bed. He was true to his word and followed up to ask how my delivery went and first nights sleep. Superb customer service.
Lisa was amazing and attentive and did everything in her power to keep my twin daughters quiet while we tried out the amazing beds!

The salesperson wasn’t very friendly just cut and dry. I saw the other associates interacting and engaging with the customers but this guy didn’t seem very interested in helping us.
Pleasant place to shop. Gary is a great consultant. Price is still high.

I am very happy with my mattress purchase from the Yonkers store. The staff member who helped me was extremely knowledgeable about the different options that were available and did not place any pressure on me to buy. The delivery staff were incredible. I was given a time frame and they called me to let me know that they were on their way. All in all it was a great buying experience.
Great experience at this store. Charlie was very knowledgeable and helpful and not pushy at all.

I was looking to purchase a queen size mattress. Upon arrival at the outlet Noel approached me and gave me a thorough explanation on the different types of mattresses in the store. I ended up purchasing a queen size memory foam mattress. Overall, I was satisfied with my experience at Bobs and Noel’s customer service.
Shopping in this location is amazing. The selection is good and the prices are fair. The overall customer service was amazing. I worked with Andrea and Travis. These two were amazing, they answer every question I had. I ended my transaction with Travis who was very patient and kind. Travis was very knowledgeable and confident about the products he sold my family and I. Every question I had he answered perfectly which played a major role in my purchase decision. Overall I had a phenomenal shopping experience.
