No disappointment in every aspect
My wife and I had not replaced our mattress for many years. We were extremely pleased with the professionalism of the salesman, Marshall. We used the mattress selection machine that tells you precisely which type of mattress to select. This was very helpful as it guided us to the perfect mattress. We are very pleased in every aspect of the selection, delivery, and sleeping on this wonderful mattress. Easy and trouble free
In store service and delivery was exceptional! There was a defect on the base and the reporting/replacement was incredibly easy. The delivery driver took pictures of the defect and said that he would report it. Customer service contacted me 5 minutes after they left. Awesome! –Michael. Riverside, CA
