Exceeded My Expectations
I am allergic to petro based products so organic was a given. This is our first latex mattress and the reason I chose Sleep EZ is the option to interchange the layers for firmness. I wasn't sure which firmness to purchase so went with Rodger's suggestion as he said they are right 90% of the time and I'm glad we did take his suggestion. I have a six legged frame, so I had planned to use a thick plywood to lay the bed on. The day after I placed my bed order it dawned on me plywood has petro chemicals in it so I ordered the frames. Sleep EZ was so accommodating as to rush the frame order which we received the same time frame as the bed. The set up was a breeze. The first night I fell asleep and woke up smiling. It's like sleeping on a supportive cloud. When I wake up my joints don't hurt. Since we received bonus pillows I ordered one solid and one crushed we like them both. I've used this same mattress protector before. I paid $100 in the hopes it would alleviate my husbands' heat generation while he sleeps. I wouldn't say it's great for that nor worth $100. I prefer a thicker padded mattress protector, but since it came as a bonus item, I'll use it. Again, I spoke with a number of people at the company before placing my order. Everyone I came into contact with were informative, patient, caring and professional. It truly is a pleasure to do business with Sleep EZ.—Orin M
