Worry-free spring replacement

We've had our bed for 13+ years and several years ago noticed that the coils were shrinking. I only recently called the store to see if they might have a solution. Since the bed was not cheap, I was prepared to have to pay a hefty price to correct the problem. I was surprised that Michael immediately understood the problem and got the replacement springs for us. He offered to UPS them to us but it gave us an excuse to visit lovely Palo Alto. The day we were going to make the exchange we found the store closed for lunch which worked out fine. There are so many wonderful lunch choices. —Diane G. Pacifica, CA

Unparalleled luxury and comfort

I have been buying Duxinana beds from the Palo Alto location since the 90's. I have a Cal king, a queen and two full size beds, plus numerous pillows, down duvets, and sheets. everything I buy there has lasted for years and has provided me with luxury and comfort unparalleled by any other bed system. I bought a McCroskey mattress for a change to see if it'd be better. It wasn't. (I liked it but prefer my Dux) In the future I will stick with the products and the customer service I receive from Dux Palo Alto. I haven't had any problems. If I did, I feel very secure that the same store manager, Michael, would be there to help me with any issue I may have. He has been nothing but accommodating to me for well over 15 years.
