We had the best experience with Steve and Jason. They were incredibly funny and entertaining. They were experienced and very knowledgeable about the different models of sleep number beds and didn’t push us toward the most expensive. They gave us space and information as well as a top-notch comedy act. We highly recommend them.
The store has great sincere sales people. However, the corporate support and delivery is absolutely atrocious. We got a call at 6 pm last night confirming for the fourth time that the bed and adjustable frame would be delivered today. I just spoke to the delivery people at 11:30 am and now they say delivery will not be for another 16 days! That is ridiculous!

We had a great experience. I came in looking for a specific type of mattress and our Sales Rep, Chris Freed, had more knowledge on mattresses than anyone I had ever spoken to before. Even as our kids jumped all over the beds, he was focused on taking care of our needs.
Charlie was absolutely phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, kind, genuine and led my wife and I to the best decision both financially and in terms of comfort.
