My husband and I are very pleased with our Purple 3 mattress that we recently purchased. We also purchased the water proof mattress cover which has been well worth it with a newborn baby. Chris was our salesman and was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. We also got an adjustable base and had the delivery guys set it up rather than do it ourselves. Well worth it!! We honestly have never slept better since purchasing this bed.
We were greeted by Chris with his positive energy and great attitude. Our kids got to have fun playing frisbee golf while we bought a mattress! It was a family friendly environment that we enjoyed. Lots of great deals and worked with us needing a mattress the same day. Bill in Redmond was very helpful as well. Thanks for the great experience!

We had a great experience here. We used their computerized bed matching system and found the style of bed that works best for both my wife and I. Our salesman Adam was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and respectful of our budget.

My mom bought a mattress there a few years ago and then a new one recently. The delivery driver Chris actually helped me put the bed skirt on. Then preceded to put the mattress cover and fitted sheet on as well. Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond.
Twila was great! Very friendly and was not pushy at all. Less than an hour finding the mattress we wanted we were at home and writing this review.

Helpful salespeople. Sleep Number has a fantastic warranty on the beds. Mine is over 25 years old and all I needed to replace was the remote control and still received 10% warranty allowance. Now that’s pretty amazing. Took a long time to receive replacement which I had to continue to follow up on. Good parking too!
We were very impressed with what Sleep Number beds had to offer. The manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. One visit and we walked away very excited about the new bed we purchased!
