Service was great we came in looking for a specific type of bed, we worked with Mary Moore who was so helpful and attentive! For the specific mattress we ordered we got it the next day delivered and set up! Prices were just right and we are all around happy!
Just received two mattress sets and can say that from helping me in the store to find the right mattresses at the right price, all the way through delivering them and setting them up just now, the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and communicative.

Our experience can only be described as perfect. Our salesperson, Alexis, did not pressure us in any way. She listened to what our needs were, including price, and showed us only the items which corresponded to our needs. We ended up buying 3 mattress sets at perfect prices.
Good experience. Went to mattress firm only knowing I needed to buy a mattress but was uncertain on what kind and cost of them. Salesperson was able to explain and help us understand, and did not place any pressure to buy. She also provided information for future mattress on the plan to buy.
