Love the mattress. Didn’t like the “membership” option. Also delivery costs were pretty high. We picked up. The gentleman who loaded and tied down merchandise was great.
I went to get a bed frame and ended up with the wrong one and had to bring it back. The one I needed was at a different store. Normally I would be very aggravated however Travis was great. And took care of everything and sincerely apologized. And the one I needed ended up be a little cheaper in price! Great experience!

Mattress by appointment was a great investment. Got a great deal on a full size mattress and box spring and the salesman was awesome. His name is Joe and he was very helpful.
Great service from Joe! Mattress is wonderful and he delivered and it’s ready to sleep on! Prices considerably lower than any furniture store!

Extremely rude and their staff didn’t help at all. The owner mentioned to my GF that he doesn’t think he should have to speak to women because they can’t make decisions.
I would never recommend anyone from purchasing anything from this store or the others. My items had damages on them are they refused to fix anything or give me a refund. Completely ignored me after getting my money.

Came really early before they opened, and the gentlemen Cody and his team took really great care of me. Loaded all my things in 1 trip. Made sure it was tightly secured and had some of the best prices I’ve seen in town.
