Lisa was great! She was very knowledgeable with her beds, I will definitely come back when it’s time for another bed. This time we got one for my son and I can wait to surprise him.
Lisa knows mattresses! She gave us her attention and helped us figure out what we liked. And she respected when we needed to take some time to think about it and not buy right away (while still giving us plenty of ways to buy).

Very simple shopping experience with their never discounted pricing and relatively small assortment of mattresses. Sales staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Much less confusing and frustrating than dealing with the national chains and all the online options. We’ve bought three mattresses here and are very happy.

The staff has high integrity and made sure we were taken care of during and beyond the sale. We’ve purchased there twice and it was stellar both times, products are awesome too!
Staff members were knowledgeable and courteous to individual needs. Even when I needed to make changes, customer services and staff member were understanding and helpful! I didn’t have to go through a long, confusing process for assistance.

I just bought a great mattress for an even better price! It was a little tricky to find a time to see and test out the mattresses since it’s by appointment only but worth the wait.
