A simple purchase turned into a nightmare because of poor training. Management didn’t really seem to care that the process was not up to company standards.
Scott was my salesman, he was great. Took his time to make sure I understood all the feature of the beds, never a hard sell and was very considerate to the right settings for me.

We bought the Purple mattress today at your store. Our salesperson was Steven Bragg. He showed us each style of the Purple line. The information that he gave us on each one was very informative! He knew exactly what we wanted and explained why the one we chose would be best for us. He was an awesome person to work with!!

Bad quality beds! I got a bed almost 2 years ago and it has 2 huge dips in the bed that started 9 months ago and you can feel the coils dig into your back. I have been trying to get them to cover the warranty but they never called me back and have been avoiding the issue.
