Sales rep Marsha Payne is amazing. Honestly one of the kindest, most genuine sales person I have ever come in contact with. Please go see her. She is amazing at what she does. My experience at Mattress Firm would not have been great without her helping me.

Sales people are very nice. I also like the fact they are making mattresses right here in Cleveland. They gave me and my wife a tour of the production facilities. Ended up buying a king size pretty sure it is called Murmaid I cool 100 . Love it.
We purchased 3 mattress sets in one day because the prices were so great and the customer service was awesome! They have a great selection. I was glad I was able to try out so many different types of mattresses in person!

Brent went above and beyond for me and my husband. He stayed late while we waited for the truck and didn’t try to push us into anything. Great place. This is the second time we’ve been here and the first time was awesome too!
Wonderful friendly and helpful staff. Everything I purchased was a good price and wonderful quality. The delivery drivers were on time and very careful with the furniture.

Bought a mattress and box spring set 6 months ago for my Mother. We had a major problem with the set that really couldn’t be proven to be caused by the set, but after talking to the owner he agreed to replace both the mattress and box spring at no cost to us. They were super nice.
I’m a huge supporter for small local business. The staff were not only professional and knowledgeable, but extremely courteous. Steven and Wes went above and beyond to ensure I was where I needed to be with my purchases. They were never high-pressure and displayed all the qualities of salespeople that are able to seal a deal.
