Richard was great! He asked us lots of questions about how we sleep and took us to the bed he thought was for us. We tried several different beds after that first bed he showed us, but he was right on the money on that first bed, that was the one we bought. I was fairly impressed that just by asking us questions about our sleep preferences that he knew the perfect bed for us. Excellent Customer Service
Price was good and service. Really needed this mattress set. It helps with my medical disability a great deal.

Went to Boxdrop looking for a great quality mattress. There were many options to choose from, plus the process was easy and informative. Our mattress+box spring set ended up being half of the price found elsewhere with the 90 days same-as-cash option, which was explained to us thoroughly and worked without a hitch.
Walked in, picked out our mattress, got approved and was loading it all within 20 minutes. Easiest process ever! James was very helpful and honest. Decided on the Sapphire cool phase memory foam mattress and we love it!

I bought a really nice Sealy mattress here for about 50% off the online price because it was the floor model (still came with warrantee). It is super comfortable, and has really helped with back problems I had, and hip problems my wife suffered from for years. The fellows in here were super cool and patient, and willing to cut a deal.
Wonderful staff. Owner listened to what I wanted to spend and have me a great deal. Evan delivered that day and set up. Awesome place.

The overall experience was great. Good customer service, pricing is made available and the staff is extremely helpful. I’m not a fan of how the store is organized. Beds and bedroom furniture are not generally together. The area isn’t organized into display rooms or by any apparent category which makes it difficult to see all the options without the help of an employee.
Amazingly wonderful service that went above and beyond to get items I needed in the crunch time challenge I brought. Super helpful and they function as a team and obviously care ultimately about working together to benefit the customer. Very impressive folks for any company.
