She helped me locate a quality mattress and adjustable frame at an excellent price, and then patiently worked to make sure the order was exactly what we needed. Ultimately, we got everything we needed quickly. Thank you!
Great and friendly staff. Vu was my sales person he was knowledgeable, no high pressure sales and gave me a great price on a high quality mattress.

Nick was exceptionally helpful. He made our opinions important while he took his time with us. He was sweet, not overly-pushy, and efficient. Overall loved our experience and will definitely recommend others to go to that specific store to deal with Nick.
Excellent experience. We were greeted promptly. Our sales associate Anju was very informative and attentive and not pushy. I’ll be going back to get some more accessories.

soon as I walked in to the store the sales associate Phillip very politely approached to me shaking hands and very professionally assisted me with all questions and inquiries I had. He was very knowledgeable and she recommended the right option for me.
Philip was very helpful as we bought our new mattress. Excellent customer service and shopping experience. We shopped around at all of the other furniture stores. Pilgrim Furniture City had the best prices.

I just bought a mattress from here today and I could not be more happy. No sales hassle, no corporate junk, just a local guy that really cared about finding me what I needed. I can’t believe the price I got either!
This is a super experience. After all the car sales tactics in regular mattress stores it was great to see a local guy selling mattresses with sincerity and care. I got a mattress about 3 times better than what I thought I could afford because the prices were so great.

Largest selection of furniture and mattresses I have seen. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist. 3-day delivery is awesome. Highly recommend it!
