I was searching for a mattress for guest room and Krystal was a huge help! She told me about the current specials and even made some phone calls to other warehouses. I went to have brunch at a nearby restaurant and promised her I would return. She sent me a text as promised about the information she would gather from other locations. I got a great mattress at a great price with excellent customer service.
Krystal is very knowledgeable and friendly and she moves fast. Awesome products and awesome customer service.

I purchased a super-premium king-sized mattress and a water proof mattress cover. The staff was so patient and knowledgeable about the products and answered all of our questions. In addition to the excellent customer service, the prices were unbeatable!

These customer service guys are excellent! You can swing by, try their beds, learn about how it all works. I loved them and now more inclined to buy one of these mattresses than ever.
Nice show room with the two types of mattresses that Caspar sells. You can lie down on both. The friendly staff even said you could take a nap.

We found the perfect mattress and had a great time! The salesmen were so helpful and kind. They gave us great discounts and a free base! I was nervous to come in and was worried they try to up sale me. They did not! We paid less that we budgeted for. Great stuff!
Nick was very helpful, guiding us in the process of learning about features and our preferences, helping us to choose something that would best fit our needs and comfort. Not pushy at all, and very patient. Was a pleasant experience, and I highly recommend this store.
