I recently bought my second mattress set from Jamestown and absolutely love it! I have an arthritic spine so I’m pretty particular when it comes to my bed. Ken went above and beyond helping me to find what was best for me!
I desperately needed and deserved a new mattress- Jamestown Mattress in Erie had the most knowledgeable manager, he had me try out a bunch of mattresses and explained the difference. I found the right mattress for me and I’ve had it for a year now and I absolutely love it.

Prices are nice, employees are not. They all act like they don’t want to help you and basically just sit behind the counter with their backs turned the whole time. When you come in, they don’t even greet you and act like you’re causing them an inconvenience by coming in or when you ask them a question.
Shawn was very excellent! The rest did a good job but Shawn was the best.

We have bought our last couple mattress from Tim and my dad bought one from him as well. His customer service is always great and he is always really helpful. We always love the experience and feel we are well taken care of.
Our sales person was James. He was great. He showed us all the different mattresses and what the differences actually were.
