What a great process that we went through working with Jim and Donna at ECO Sleep Solutions. We ordered a new mattress and adjustable frame from them about three months ago. We are so happy with both pieces and able to sleep better than we have in quite a while. I really enjoy the customer service that we received from them during the testing of different layers to the set up in our home.
Jim and Donna are just lovely. They are both so knowledgeable and easy going. I had so many questions and they took the time to answer all of them with such patience and insight. My husband and I never felt pressured to buy, but are so glad we did. We love our Savvy Rest mattress.

No pressure service, transparent process throughout. Ben and Carolyn gave me the distance and time I needed to compare the different beds and provided just enough guidance. I never felt pressured or rushed. They let me know what sales were going on, but in an FYI way, not a high-pressure sales sort way.
I worked with Brad in purchasing a great mattress at a great price. Brad walked me through the various options and helped me settle on a mattress that was not only amazingly comfortable mattress but at an amazing price.

I have bought a few beds here over the years and am always treated fairly and end up getting a great deal. The staff is knowledgeable and I have never felt pressured into anything. My favorite pillow ever is from here and it must have been 5 years ago that I bought it and it is still just like new.
The price was absolutely reasonable considering I got a frame and delivery if I wanted it. They were also very accommodating of my need to have a mattress by bed time.

We went in with no idea what we were getting into and we left with the knowledge needed to buy or sell sleep number beds. Jared was our shop assistant. Awesome experience for sure.
Anxiously awaiting delivery! The personnel and my sales person at this store were very helpful, knowledgable and friendly. Alex showed me the products and there was no hard sell involved. He simply showed me what they had and what it could do. I appreciated that very much! After stretching out on the model I am getting it was a very easy decision.

I had a great experience with Eugene Mattress Company! Love my new mattress! Great price and customer service! I even had an issue with a pillow I bought and the owner was super kind about helping me out!
So far so good. Fair prices. Helped me with purchase through credit program as I had plumbing work done as was low on funds. He did a good job loading it in my truck. Bed is very comfortable.

The price we paid for what we got was great and was exactly what we were expecting to get when we left the store. Everyone was quick and helpful.
American Mattress is friendly when you walk in, until you buy your mattress. My mother is 79 yes old and she bought a mattress whish was too firm. Traded it back for a mattress $400 at least. They swindled her for her refund.
