We came in just before closing, and Alex was kind right from the start. He answered our questions, and let us try several mattresses, letting us know our different options at different price points. We found one we loved, and were in and out in 20 minutes. Bonus: they have a toy area for kids, so our 2.5-year-old was entertained the whole time, and they had snacks. Excellent experience.
Cassie was incredibly wonderful and super accommodating with us and helped find the perfect mattress for me. Even showed us a cheaper option hidden in a small section once we figured out what firmness we liked!

Justin and Gavin were great! We came in to buy a bed and they made sure we were comfortable the whole time! We spent a few hours there to ensure that we made the right choice and they never made us feel like we needed to hurry.
They were great and make the delivery the same day! Today I needed to buy another bed and again Ben and Justin exceeded my expectations they offer me the best options and I even finished updated my bed.

We came in to buy two mattresses yesterday. Don immediately helped us and gave us a great deal, and was very helpful in choosing the mattresses. In addition, the shop was huge and they had stock that was shared over five branches, so we felt free to choose. We feel that we received amazing customer service.

William and Joshua are very knowledgeable about the mattress brands they sell. There was one small issue with my mattress and they took care of it very quickly.
The customer service was outstanding. I was even approved for a loan for a new bed and I’m on disability. And they try very hard to work with you and get you what you are looking for at a decent price.
