We went to a lot of stores looking for a new bed, Mattress Firm by far has the best customer service of any place we went. We both found exactly what we were looking for. It was awesome we went in with the kids. Cherie was are sales lady she was very kind and sweet. She told one of the kids he can go and play with the blocks while we look for a mattress.

Just bought a mattress and Dee was an awesome and friendly salesman I will never go anywhere else to buy a mattress. We love our new bed thanks so much. I love the new sheets as well.

It’s great to go a store where they value and respect you. we have purchased a couple mattress here, the first one we had a warranty issue with which the owner personal took care of it himself. We decided to upgrade to a higher value mattress which he gave us a great deal on.
These guys are great. I walked in, picked out their top of the line mattress for my daughter and walked out 10 minutes later. You got to love upfront honest salesman. Gave me the best price in town the first time!
