Great service! Our sales person, Brandy Jo, showed us several different mattresses and was very knowledgeable with options and functions that might suit our needs. We made a choice based on her recommendations and our test fit. It’s now been several weeks and we are extremely happy with decision on buying our mattresses from Sleep Outfitters.
My wife and I came in recently to compare some prices and mattress qualities, and were immediately greeted by Brandy Jo. Brandy Jo took all the time necessary to answer all of our questions. Alex was fantastic! Told her what I was looking for and she showed me a couple of options and told me the benefits of what I was looking for as well as other good things. Explained the warranty and how it would cover my concerns of future wear. It was great that she remembered me from a purchase a couple years ago. It was a great experience.
Super friendly staff fast service. Ordered furniture for both living room and kitchen. Arrived before Thanksgiving and my wife and I are very happy with it all.
