Walter did a great job explaining the technologies of the mattresses and guided me in the right direction. But the delivery is the only issue which isn’t under the store’s control. They won’t let you choose a time only the day from 9am to 5pm

We came to look for mattress and Derick the store manager was very knowledgeable, nice and had lots of patience with all of our questions. He took care of all of our questions as far as finding the perfect mattress for my wife and I.
Darick’s customer services were on point. His professionalism is perfect. I came in not knowing what I wanted to purchase, but he made it happened in less than 30 minutes.

Amazing customer service! We went into the Germantown store to pick out a new mattress! Elvis spent about an hour, making sure we pick the correct one. We ended up with picking the Purple 4! Two days later, the purple mattress was delivered. The took back the old one and I am now laying on what it feels like a cool cloud! T
Jess was most helpful in assisting us with finding just the right new mattress for my daughter. She was friendly and courteous without ever making us feel pressured.

Just had a friend home from the hospital and needed a bed to accommodate the medical circumstance. Gedion was the best, he was attentive and supportive in helping up us pick the bed and accessories. What a great guy and awesome service provided. We are pleased with the service provided.
