Noah was fantastic! He explained everything clearly and concisely without making us feel like we’re being “sold” just for the commission. He made himself available for questions after we had left the store and when we returned to make a purchase he made sure to thoroughly explain all the costs. I highly recommend this store but especially Noah the store manager.

We came into the store looking for a bed and was greeted by Steve. He was amazing! He was very helpful and answered all our questions and did it all with a smile and upbeat personality. The entire time he was trying to do right by us whether it was pricing, comfort, or finding us the right deal.

Very rude and unprofessional. We setup a time to look at mattresses but told him we liked the set better at American Furniture Warehouse. He asked the price and when we told him he held open the door and said bye! As we were leaving he still tried to sell us the set we were looking at and told us he wouldn’t even be making money if he gave us the same price as AFW!
Horrible customer service! I have never felt more disrespected by a store owner! I felt very uncomfortable by the way he spoke to me and the way he followed me out the store yelling at me. I will never recommend this place to anyone or spend any money here!

The owner John and Raymond were absolutely terrific. Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating for our visit to America’s Mattress in Greeley. Made us very comfortable with our purchase and getting exactly what we wanted. Financing available, easy application process and delivery to our home 115 miles away included. John even called after we left to let us know he would fix sales tax since our mattress was being to delivered, which saved us over $100!
Great service! No pushy sales people. I got a great deal and slept like a baby last night!
