Very friendly and got me every deal possible. Even looked up my mom’s account from 7 years ago to get me the referral discount! Delivery was quick and the guys were really nice! I love my new bed and if for any reason it’s not to my liking I have six months to get it fixed to what I like for free! Prices were great as well!
Very helpful and honest. Rather than overselling they are coming out to both my father’s home and mine to check our mattresses rather than sell us new ones! Very clean store. Very personable salesman Jamal.

Gil is such a gentlemen and was able to personally relate to my husband and I personal needs when it comes to sleeping. He was very knowledgeable and knew all there is to know about a mattress! From the history of the mattresses sold to his own personal experience, he had all the facts! I am pleased with my experience.
I had to use the manufacturer’s warranty on a mattress and Sam made it a very easy and enjoyable experience. She took the time to show me the different styles that might avoid the issues I encountered with the first mattress. Hopefully I don’t have to go back again but if I do I will go here. Thank You!!!

The place is affordable and has no sales people as advertised. I would like to see a place like this that doesn’t have so many cheap mattresses though and more quality ones. Their adjustable bed frames are priced great though – much less than any other adjustable frame I’ve seen anywhere.
Exactly as advertised. No salespeople to bother you. Clear pricing. You can try out all the beds you want for as long as you want. Good selection of premium, memory foam beds and traditional inner spring mattresses. There are also powered bases to try out for most mattresses.

No pressure sales, informative and helpful sales staff. Ruth wanted us to find the right bed for us and took the time needed to do that. Delivery staff were very friendly and hard working. Very positive experience from start to finish.
I love the service and the friendly greeting every time I walk in the door. They are not pushy and don’t hover but genuinely ask you how the search is going. Biltrite has a level of quality and service you find nowhere else.

Great buying experience at the store! Very thorough and expectations were set in advance so we always knew what was happening next in the process. I did not feel pressure and I am excited to get our new mattress! All of my questions were answered accurately and our product specialist was extremely knowledgeable!

The staff was amazing. My salesman Brad Lukic was able to help me with exactly what I wanted. He wasn’t pushy in anyway and was very honest and a pleasure to work with. Junior Castillo-Rodriguez and Shanon Battersby were also very personable and kind. Great customer service along with nicely priced, quality looking furniture.
Max is the best salesman. No pressure, but super helpful. Goes the extra mile. Fabulous customer service from everyone. They are all willing to cover for each other. Awesome manager. Excellent warranty program.
