I was sold a USED mattress with the manufacturers date of June 2017. I was fooled into to thinking it was new. The old adage of if the price is too good to be true don’t buy it. I’m still fighting to get my money back!
I’ve bought Mattress Firm before for myself and went in to get a mattress for wedding present to my daughter and son in law. The sales associate went out of her way to help me find the best mattress that will treat them every single night. So happy and blessed.

I am really happy with my recent visit to Ortho mattress. They have a very good collection of mattresses of all sizes and comfort type. Jon helped me find the right mattress for me. Shopping becomes easy when you get all the information you need and not being forced to buy. Jon gave me a good deal on the mattress I bought, it is worth visiting the store.

We are so glad we came into this store. Trish was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! She allowed us plenty of time to sample as many beds as we wanted and at no time did we ever feel rushed! We even left the store and went to another store to compare prices and quality. But came right back and made our purchase with her!
Dylan was great! He was able to give us exactly what we wanted and within our budget! They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They work with you to get what you want while staying within your budget.

Such a great customer focused process. A total pleasure dealing with Damon and Natalie. Private showing at 10am, no pressure on the sale, just good selection and prices, and since my choice was in stock it was delivered by 1pm.

Great customer service and a wide selection to choose from for beds, chair and more. We have purchased our last two beds from this store.
I entered the store and was not greeted at all. I spent about 30 minutes in the store without one word from the salesperson. He simply sat there and browsed the web on his computer. I will never come back here again.
