Went to the store got us mattress. Told it would be in Tuesday but it was wasn’t. And we didn’t get a call.
Miss Jackie and Mark were very professional and friendly. They actually listened to what we were looking for and tried us on a couple of different brands, firmness, and motion dampening. It was great. Financing is amazing and no payments until after delivery.

Very friendly sales person very helpful. Answered all my questions and allowed us to experience the bed as we needed. Very nice attractive store in a good location with excellent parking upfront.
The customer service at this location was amazing. Avery Phillips helped me and answered all my questions professionally and politely. Making a big purchase is always overwhelming and it was great to feel that Avery had my best interests at heart and actively listened to what I wanted and didn’t pressure me into anything I didn’t want or need.

I bought the plush king store brand mattress set. I love it. It’s not too soft or hard. This store makes their own mattresses. It takes about 2 weeks for production and delivery. Delivery was on the date promised and the two set up boys were great.
